Strategy and technical leadership

OT security, and other work with OT and AI in industry, is a management responsibility. When digital systems can affect production and safety, direction must be set by people who understand both the plant and the decisions. We help management, projects and operating organizations with strategy, prioritization, and technical leadership over time.

We can also step in when direction has become unclear, or when different parts of the organization have different views of risk, priorities, or responsibility. The task is then often as much about creating a shared technical starting point as writing the strategy itself.

When AI becomes a leadership responsibility

AI creates new opportunities, but also new decisions about accountability, risk, and technological direction. In industrial organizations, these decisions must consider expected value, technical feasibility, and consequences for existing operations.

Questions and answers

Can you take on a role with us over time?
Yes. We take on long-term roles as adviser or technical lead. The role is clearly defined, and scope and staffing are agreed before start-up.
Do you sell technology or have agreements with vendors?
No. We do not sell technology and take no commission from vendors. See independence and collaboration.
How is sensitive information handled?
Plant data is handled under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Confidentiality is agreed with each client.
Can you work alongside other advisers we use?
Yes. We are happy to work in teams with your own people and other suppliers.
